  7. Pauter Machine Billet 911 Rocker Set, std ratio, DLC coated (swivel feet adj not inc)

    SKU: 65-901145SF-12

    $2,820.00
Pauter set out to make these replacement Porsche 911 billet rocker arms lighter, stronger, and able to handle more aggressive cam profiles. After nearly a year of engineering, development, and testing, Pauter has done just that. At 85 grams, our rocker comes in at 45 grams lighter than Porsche’s stock rocker arm, which amounts to about 1.2lbs of valve train weight in total. This is possible because the increase in material strength allows for a slim blade-like design (side by side comparison seen below). Due to our precision engineering and machining, per-rocker tolerance is generally around ±1.5 grams, whereas the stock rockers can differ by as much as 17 grams. These rockers are fully machined from billet tool steel, triple phase heat treated, and DLC coated for wear resistance and friction/drag reduction. The materials as well as treatment processes were selected for their proven performance and durability in a wide variety of severe duty applications. Lengthening of the radiused follower “shoe” increases the usable wear surface, allowing for a cam profile aggressiveness never before seen in the 911 rocker arm arena. During development stages prototypes were cycle tested both third party and in-house, using various cams at and far beyond normal racing RPM (over 10k) with excessive spring loads for many hours. Results of these tests allowed us to provide this product with the same confidence found in all Pauter offerings. Because of the marked increase in strength, wear resistance, and weight savings, these rockers allow the engine expert to employ a range of spring pressures best suited to your engine program. Accepts factory swivel foot adjusters (sold separately). NOTE: This item is normally in stock, however if we are out of stock, please call for current lead times. Learn More

  12. Billet Stainless Steel Porsche 911 Magnetic Engine Oil Drain Plug (for oil sump & oil reservoir) 91110717603LN (20 x 1.5)

    SKU: 91110717603LN

    $21.79
All Porsche 911 engines should have a magnetic drain plug. But all are not created equal. Check out what makes ours the best. First we start with magnetic stainless bar stock to make our billet Porsche 911 drain plugs. Then we source rare earth magnets that are the strongest you'll find on any drain plugs currently on the market. If you've ever seen the OEM magnetic drain plug offered to the aftermarket, you already know the magnet is very weak and can't even hold the drain plug on a flat sideways surface. That's not the case with ours! The other benefit of our magnetic drain plug is that unlike the OEM one that has a recessed dish which is nearly impossible to clean, ours has a flat end that is much easier to clean.
This is absolutely the best magnetic drain plug money can buy. Even better, it's made right here in the USA. Doesn't get any better than this. Replaces Porsche part number 91110717603. Includes one drain washer/gasket/seal (part number 900 123 118 30). Please note: You'll need to verify which plug your vehicle needs and how many are needed before ordering: 993 models require Qty 1 of 94410719701LN 964 models require Qty 2 of 94410719701LN 911 models from 65 through 83 require Qty 2 91110717603LN- one is the for sump plate (if sump plate has a provision for a drain plug) and the other is for the oil tank (reservoir) 911 models 84 through 89 (including 964 models with the 3.3 Turbo through 91) require Qty 1 of 94410719701LN which fits the case and Qty 1 91110717603LN for the oil tank (reservoir) A complete list of Porsche vehicles this drain plug fits is provided below.
