After years of development and collaboration between CSF and PWR, the first of many innovative cooling solutions has been launched, introducing the world's first and only high-performance twin intercooler system for the ultra-exclusive Porsche 991 GT2 RS (CSF #8166).

Design & Engineering

The CSF/PWR intercooler system features advanced engineering to overcome the limitations of the stock water spray system. Utilizing a Formula-1 performance-grade core, the system dramatically improves efficiency within the existing spatial constraints.

Intercooler Core

The OEM core is replaced with a 2-row core featuring 3mm tall rolled tubes and turbulated inner fins, paired with 4.85mm tall multi-louvered fins, offering industry-leading heat dissipation and airflow efficiency. This advanced design ensures optimal performance by significantly lowering Intake Air Temperatures (IATs) with minimal pressure drop.

Both the OEM and CSF/PWR intercoolers are designed to fit precisely without modifications, maintaining the integrity of the expensive OEM carbon fiber air ducts.

Performance and Testing

Developed in partnership with BBi Autosport, the intercoolers have undergone extensive lab, on-track, and real-world testing, proving their effectiveness in various racing and extreme weather conditions. BBi Autosport's "Project VMax" Porsche 991 GT2 RS, the fastest GT2 RS in the world, has showcased the capability of these intercoolers to handle upgraded turbochargers and maintain optimal temperatures even in the most demanding scenarios.
